 Synopsis

Fiona Maye is a judge in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales. A case is brought before her including a 17-year-old kid, Adam Henry, who is experiencing leukemia. Adam's specialists need to play out a blood transfusion, as that will enable them to utilize more medications to fix him. In any case, Adam and his folks are Jehovah's Witnesses, and trust that having a blood transfusion is against their religion. Fiona goes to the healing facility to see Adam. The two talk, with Fiona endeavoring to figure out what it is that Adam truly needs, and whether he has been induced by his folks. Adam begins to play "Around the Salley Gardens", which Fiona at that point sings. Adam is exceptionally attracted to Fiona, and beseeches her not to clear out. Fiona by and by leaves, and comes back to court. She decides that, as an issue of law, Adam's welfare is the "principal thought" and pronounces that the medicinal treatment, including blood transfusion, is legal in spite of the nonappearance of Adam's assent and that of his folks.
