Soorma 2018 by Shaad Ali

 Synopsis

Soorma recounts the account of the worldwide hockey player Sandeep Singh, played by Diljit Dosanjh, who was incapacitated and wheelchair-headed for a long time after a unintentional gunfire harmed him in 2006. The film's slogan is The Greatest Comeback Story of the Hockey Legend Sandeep Singh. Battling despite seemingly insurmountable opposition, Sandeep got recovered and made a rebound to global hockey in 2008. India won the 2009 Sultan Azlan Shah Cup under his captaincy and went ahead to meet all requirements for the 2012 Olympics.
